Getting Started

How does my Future Method subscription work?

Easy! All you have to do is choose the “Subscribe & Save” option. Your 12-pack will be delivered every 4 weeks. Enter your shipping and billing information, and voilà! You’ll be ready to bottom at the drop of your pants.

How frequently will my Future Method subscription come?

Your subscription will renew on a 4-week frequency. We will always send you a reminder email 3 days before your subscription is set to renew, and you can skip a shipment at any time, free of charge.

If I sign up for a subscription, will it renew automatically?

Yes, your subscription will renew automatically every 4 weeks. If you want to modify, skip, or cancel your subscription, log in to your account and click on "Manage Subscriptions". We’ll also send you a reminder email 3 days before your order is set to renew, so if you need to make any changes, you'll be reminded!

Can I try a sample of Future Method products?

We don't send out free samples at this time; however, we recommend starting with our 2-pack Starter Kit. There is no lock-in and if you choose a subscription, we will notify you before your next shipment is scheduled to go out, so if you forget to cancel, we will remind you. You’ll receive 10% off your order when you create a subscription. We know that samples are something that our customers are interested in and we will include them in the future, so sign up for our mailing list or follow us on Instagram to be the first to know about all updates and new product launches!

How does the purchase show up on my credit card / bank statement?

The company name on your bank statement will show up as “Future Method” and the category will show up as “Shopping.”

Subscription Management

How do I log in to my Future Method account?

Click "Sign In" on the top right corner of our site and enter your email address and password. Click "Sign In," and you will be logged into your Future Method account!

Will I be charged for cancelling my subscription?

No, you can cancel your subscription free of charge. However, you must cancel before 12pm EST the day before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for your upcoming order. If you contact us within 24 hours of your order shipping, we will not be able to cancel or modify your order, nor will we be able to refund you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, sign in to your account here and go to the "Manage Subscriptions" page. Next to each subscription you want to cancel, click "Cancel." Then, select the reason you are canceling and click “Cancel subscription.” Make sure you click "Cancel" next to each product that you no longer want to receive before 12pm EST the day before your renewal date to ensure the order does not process. Once it has been processed, we will not be able to cancel or modify your order, nor will we be able to refund you.

If I want to skip an order, when do I need to do it by?

You can skip (or un-skip!) an order before 12pm EST the day before your subscription is set to renew. If you skip within 24 hours of your renewal date, your order will have already been processed. If it is within 24 hours of your renewal date, please reach out to us at info@futuremethod.com for assistance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal date, so you'll always have a chance to skip or modify your next order as needed.

What do I do if I need my Future Method products before my next renewal date?

If you need your product before your next renewal date, please email us at info@futuremethod.com. We can process your order within the next business day and moving forward, your subscription will continue to renew on this new date.

I won’t be needing my Future Method products for a little while. How do I put my subscription on hold?

Unfortunately, our site does not have a hold function for subscriptions at this time. However, we do allow you to skip your next order. While you can only skip one order at a time, you can always skip again before your next subscription renewal.  To skip an order, log into your account, click on “Manage Subscriptions” to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. Then click on 'Skip' next to the subscription you would like to skip. You'll see your next shipment date update on this page. Make sure you skip all the products listed if you don’t want to receive an order this month! We will send you a reminder 3 days before your next order, so if you want to skip, you’ll be reminded.  

Are Future Method products available in retail stores?

No, at this time, Future Method products are not available for purchase in retail stores.

I entered the wrong shipping address for my order. How can I change this?

Depending on when you placed your order and when you email us, we can make our best effort to request a shipping address change with our warehouse team before your order gets processed. Please email us as soon as possible with your new address.  Please keep in mind: our warehouse processes orders quickly so that they arrive at your doorstep as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee we will be able to successfully make any changes, our Customer Service team will do what it can to help you. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, it means we are unable to change the address for your order and you will have to contact the carrier directly.

How do I update my shipping address?

To change your address, sign in to your account here. Click “View/Edit addresses”, from there, you can edit the shipping information for each subscription by clicking "Edit" next to your address. Be sure to click "Save," so that your changes are locked in! You can modify your shipping address by 12pm EST the day before your subscription is set to renew by emailing us at info@futuremethod.com. If you make changes after 12pm EST the day before your renewal date, your order will have already processed without your changes.

How do I update my email address?

To change your email address, please email us at info@futuremethod.com.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, go here and click “Forgot Password".

How do I update my credit card?

Subscribers can update their credit card information by logging into their account and selecting 'Manage Subscriptions'. For each subscription, there will be an option 'Edit Billing Information', select this, and then 'Update Card'. Enter your new credit card information to update.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

Contact our support team by emailing info@futuremethod.com or log in to your account here and click "Reactivate".

Future Method Products

What ingredients are in the Future Method cleansing solution?

Water, Propanediol, Glycyrrhizic (Licorice) Acid, Sodium Chloride, Disodium Phosphate, Polyglyceryl-6 Caprylate, Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate, Benzalkonium Chloride, Potassium Phosphate, Potassium Chloride, Citric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide. Our formula is SLS-, sulfate-, phthalate-, paraben-, and cruelty-free.

Is the Future Method cleansing solution gluten-free?

Yes, our cleansing solution is gluten-free.

What is the Future Method reusable bulb made out of?

The bulb is made of Phthalate- and latex-free, prop 65 compliant, medical grade Sarolit®.  The tip is made of polyethylene.

Is there latex or silicone in the Future Method reusable bulb?

No, it is both latex- and silicone-free.

What’s the best way to clean my Future Method reusable bulb?

The best way to clean our bulb is by first separating the tip from the bulb itself and then washing both with warm water and soap. Remember to dry them both after each use.

What’s the best way to store my Future Method reusable bulb?

Store them in a clean, cool, and dry place in between uses.

Is my Future Method reusable bulb recyclable?

The bulbs are made from Sarolit®, which is a medical grade material based on corn. It is technically possible to recycle the bulbs; however, it is difficult to find the right places. If you’re interested in recycling, please contact your local recycling center to confirm whether or not they can accept it.

Can women use our product?

Absolutely. The Future Method cleansing kit was designed for anyone with a butt.

How many uses does each pouch have?

Each pouch is perfectly sized for two uses with our reusable medical-grade, Sarolit™ bulb + tip.

How many pouches should I use?

One pouch is all you should need before you play. If desired, a second pouch may be used.

Are the pouches travel safe?

Yes. Each pouch is safe to travel with and TSA compliant at 3.4 fl oz each.

Can I use this product regularly?

Future Method supports how everyone engages, whether that's daily, a few times weekly, or monthly, and beyond. Regardless of frequency, our cleansing fluid’s isotonicity allows for regular use.

How long after using Future Method will I be “clean” for?

This depends on a lot of factors. Many people can cleanse before going out, enjoy the evening and still be primed for playtime. You’ll want to make sure your bowels are regular and watch what you eat–sometimes processed foods, artificial sweeteners, fermented dairy products, spicy foods, and oily/greasy foods can change your routine for the worse.

The rectum is normally clean up until you feel the urge to “go,” so you should be fine for some time. With that said, try it on your own one night and use the butt plug / toy test (lubricate, insert, remove, and then examine it for the presence of debris). You should be able to see if you’re prepared to bottom.

Shipping

Are there any COVID-19 shipping delays?

Shipping services are currently experiencing longer delays for some packages due to labor shortages and a surge in shipments. Both UPS and USPS, the carriers that Future Method uses, are experiencing longer than expected delays. Most ground service shipments are still arriving in 3-7 business days; however, there have been some instances where customers are experiencing delays of 7-14 business days. If it has been more than 10 business days since your order has left our warehouse, please reach out to us at info@futuremethod.com.

How can I track my order?

Each order has a specific tracking number that will be emailed to you after your order ships. If you no longer have access to the email address on your Future Method account, you can request your tracking information by emailing us at info@futuremethod.com.

How much does shipping cost?

A flat rate shipping fee of $5 will be added to any order under $50 and a flat rate shipping fee of $8 for orders $50+. Estimated transit time with our standard shipping option is a maximum of 5-7 business days to most parts of the country. Due to Covid-19, most ground service shipments are still arriving in 3-7 business days; however, there have been some instances where customers are experiencing delays of 7-14 business days. If it has been more than 10 business days since your order has left our warehouse, please reach out to us at info@futuremethod.comIf you need expedited shipping, we offer 2-day shipping for $12. For all shipping methods, carriers do not count the day the order is placed as part of the transit time. For example: if an order is placed on a Monday with 2-day shipping, the carrier will consider Tuesday as day 1, in which case, the order will arrive on Thursday.  *Please note that our warehouse is not open on weekends, so, depending on the time and day that you place your order, expedited packages may take longer than 2 days to arrive. Also, 2-day shipping is 2 business days.  

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping information at checkout?

Future Method is not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses and does not refund or credit incurred shipping costs as a result. Customers are solely responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. In the event that you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please contact customer service immediately at info@futuremethod.com. Please reference your order number and someone from our team will do their best to update your order before it gets processed; however, Future Method makes no guarantees that it will be able to update your shipping information after the order has been placed.

My order arrived damaged, was returned, or arrived and is wrong. What should I do?

Please reach out to us at info@futuremethod.com and we'd be happy to resolve the issue for you.

My tracking information says my order was delivered, but I can’t find it.  What do I do?

Sometimes, our packages will be delivered to a neighbor, a mail center, or a management office. If you look around and are still unable to find your Future Method order, just email info@futuremethod.com and we'll do our best to help you.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to the Contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or other international locations yet. If you live outside the Contiguous US, make sure you're signed up for our email list (you can subscribe through the footer of the site) so you can be the first to know when we launch internationally.

Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to APO or FPO addresses. If you're moving abroad, make sure you're signed up for our email list (you can subscribe through the footer of the site) so you can be the first to know when we launch internationally.

Are Future Method shipments discreet?

Absolutely. Our products are shipped in plain cardboard boxes.

Can I get my order shipped overnight?

Unfortunately, we do not offer overnight shipping. The fastest we can get your order to you is via 2-day expedited shipping, which costs an additional $12. Please note: carriers do not count the day the order is placed as part of the transit time. For example: if an order is placed on a Monday with 2-day shipping, the carrier will consider Tuesday as day 1, in which case, the order will arrive on Thursday. If you need your order to be sent via 2-day expedited shipping, please select “Expedited Shipping" at checkout. If your order has already been processed, please reach out to us at info@futuremethod.com and we will try to get your order to you as fast as possible. Please note that our warehouse is not open on weekends, so, depending on the day that you place your order, expedited packages may take longer than 2 days to arrive.

Is my account secure?

When is my credit card charged?

We charge your card the day your subscription renews and your order processes. We will always send you a reminder email 3 days before your order is set to renew, in case you want to adjust or skip your order before your payment is processed. Please note that skips must be placed before 12pm EST on the day before your subscription is set to renew. If you skip after 12pm EST on the day before renewal date, your order will have already processed and you won’t be able to skip that renewal until the next month.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay where applicable. While we do not shipping internationally at this time, you may use an international credit card to make a purchase.  Simply add the international billing address you'd like to use to your profile with a US address for shipping.

How do I update my billing address or credit card on file?

Subscribers can update their billing address or credit card information by logging into their account and selecting 'Manage Subscriptions'. For each subscription, there will be an option 'Edit Billing Information', select this, and then either 'Edit Address' or 'Update Card'. Enter your new information to update. 

Can I return my order for a refund?

We are confident you will love our product as much as we do; however, we understand that everyone is different. Unfortunately, given the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Please feel free to share unused products with a friend or loved one.
