Anal Training: A Beginner’s Guide to Anal Sex
When people think of bottoming for the first time, two words often come to mind: mess and pain.
My Bag
×A simple introduction to anal training — two beginner-friendly silicone sizes to help you explore at your own pace.
I created this 2-piece set for anyone who's curious about anal play but isn't sure where to start. Sometimes the most important first step is just getting comfortable with the idea — and having something thoughtfully sized and designed to make that feel approachable. Think of it as your starting point.

"I've been curious for years, but never thought anal was for me. This was exactly the starting point I needed."
Silicone offers a soft, flexible feel with gentle friction—perfect for longer sessions or for those who prefer a more lifelike, forgiving texture.
Yes—this set was specifically designed with beginners in mind. The two sizes are intentionally small to make first-time experiences approachable and comfortable. Our dilators are made from high-quality, platinum-cured silicone that’s body-safe and non-porous. Clean with warm water and a mild soap or toy cleaner after each use.
We recommend using water-based, hybrid-silicone, or another toy-safe lubricant only. Silicone-based lube can degrade silicone toys over time.
Always start with Size 1—no matter what. There’s no rushing here. Use it until insertion feels easy and comfortable, which for most beginners takes about 2 weeks of regular sessions. Once Size 1 feels effortless, you’re ready for Size 2. Listening to your body is key.
We don’t recommend leaving in an anal dilator (or butt plug for that matter) for any extended period of time. Constant movement is key to optimal dilation exercises. Ideally, don’t leave the dilators from your anal training kit in more than 30 seconds per exercise.
