Step 1 Unscrew douche pouch cap, fill to the fill line with drinkable water (4 fl. oz. / 118 mL), screw the douche applicator tip with cap onto the douche pouch, and shake until powder is dissolved.
Step 2 Remove the applicator tip cap and slowly insert the lubricated applicator tip into your rectum while standing or laying down. Add more lubricant if desired.
Step 3 Gently squeeze the pouch to allow the liquid to fill your rectum.
Step 4 Before releasing pressure, remove the applicator tip from your rectum. Expel the solution into the toilet.
Step 5 Discard pouch, cap, and douche applicator tip and cap when finished.
Step 6 Repeat with a new pouch and drinkable water if desired.
