What happens if I’m not seeing the best results from the recommended 2-tablet daily dose of the Future Method Butt + Gut Daily Fiber? +

Daily fiber helps create soft, formed stools that exit more easily, and leave you feeling more confident. However, everyone’s gut responds to fiber differently. We recommend starting with 2 tablets daily and sticking with this routine for a month. If you notice that your stools still aren’t quite formed enough (read: no ghost-level poops yet), bump up to 3–4 tablets. 

What are the benefits of acacia fiber? +

Acacia fiber is derived from gum sap exuded by acacia trees. It works as a prebiotic to encourage good, healthy gut bacteria and improve the gut biome. Inavea™ soaks up water in the gut like a sponge and makes for easier passings. We also chose Inavea™ because of its study-based benefits, including: increased stool weight/water content in stool, promoting growth of healthy bifidobacterial in the intestinal tract, which supports gut health, and the fact that it may help support the feeling of fullness.

What is the difference between psyllium fiber and acacia fiber, and why does there appear to be less fiber in the Future Method formula compared to other fiber supplements? +

Both psyllium and acacia fiber support a healthy gut, but they work in different, yet complementary ways.

Psyllium is a gel-forming fiber that absorbs water to add bulk to stool. That makes it great for regularity, supporting healthy cholesterol levels, and helping regulate blood sugar.

Acacia fiber is a gentle, fully soluble prebiotic that feeds beneficial gut bacteria. It has a fine texture that tends to be easier on sensitive stomachs, helping promote comfort and satiety.

That’s why we combine them in our daily psyllium + acacia fiber formula. You get the bulk + regularity benefits of psyllium and the microbiome-nourishing, easy-to-tolerate support of acacia; working together to keep your butt (and bowels) happy.

How long does it take for fiber supplements to take effect? +

People will generally notice some results within 1-2 weeks starting to take our Butt & Gut Daily Fiber supplements. However, as is the case with any supplement, we recommend waiting at least a month — without changing dosage — before truly evaluating how our supplement is working for your body.

How should I store my fiber supplement pills? +

Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture, sunlight, and fluctuations in temperature. This product does not require refrigeration. Refrigeration will not harm the product, but the product should not be frozen.

I have a GI condition or sensitivity (e.g., IBS, Crohn’s, etc.). Are there special considerations for me when taking the Future Method Butt + Gut Daily Fiber? +

If you have a gastrointestinal condition or sensitivity, finding your ideal fiber dose may take a little more patience and experimentation. Start slow and pay attention to how your body responds — both in stool formation and comfort level.

  • If your stools feel too loose, try increasing to 3–4 tablets or decrease your water intake
  • If your stools feel too firm, try decreasing to 1 table or increasing your water intake
